In the unlikely event your swimwear arrives faulty, please email returns@azurefashion.co.uk asap with pictures of the fault. We can then discuss returning your item to us for an exchange or refund.
FAQ
Once we have booked your order with the courier it may be impossible to change the shipping address, however if we are notified in good time we may be able to sort this for you. We encourage you to get in contact with us asap and we will try our best to change the address. We can not take liability for your goods arriving at the wrong address if you input this incorrectly.
You can wash your swimwear in 30°, however we would recommend you hand wash your swimwear due to their delicate nature.
Extended exposure to UV and Chlorine, as well as tanning oils, shimmers, sun tan lotions and fake tan may cause discolouration to the fabric, so please be careful when applying these. We advise the swimwear to be rinsed immediately after use in chlorine with cold water.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in London, England.
Yes we are happy to ship orders internationally, however please contact us first so we can look into international shipping for you.
We aim to deliver to countries outside the EU in 10-15 working days.
Please note additional customs payment may be required on arrival to your country.
We will not be liable for any packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We suggest that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
