How do I return?
All orders come with a returns form. If misplaced, you can download this again here.
Please print and complete the returns form and enclose within your package, making sure all sections are completed.
Email returns@azurefashion.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the return. The goods must be received by us within 14 days after your notification, making the returns process a total of 28 days after you receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the charges of return shipping.
Make sure you retain all receipts from the post office as this will be your proof of postage.
What items are returnable?
All our styles are returnable if they are unworn and in the original packaging. All hygiene stickers and labels must still be on. If the returned goods do not meet this criteria we will decline your refund request.
Sale items are non refundable however we will give you store credit of the sale item amount. We will email you with your personal credit code as soon as possible, but may take up to 14 working days in busy periods.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We aim to refund you as quick as possible, however in busy periods this could take up to 14 working days.
